Information

Order a website

Step 1 Select the template you like from our Template Gallery
Step 2 Fill out and submit the Order Contact Form at the bottom of the page

After placing an order you will be sent a request for payment and a Web site Content Form that asks what text and pictures you would like to appear on your web site.

Make the payment and return the completed Web site Content Form.

We will then check the text for mistakes, enter it into the web site design you have selected and send it to you for approval. Once approved, your site will be uploaded and your website will be online!

If you are unsure of what to write or don't have pictures to add, we can supply stock photos and write the text for you. (Picture service usually free, writing service $75 for entire site. This fee will be requested after the initial order is made)

Work will not begin on your site until payment is received.

Payment

By credit card or Pay Pal:
If you choose this option you will be emailed a request for payment through Pay Pal. You can pay on the secure Pay Pal site by credit card or a Pay Pal account. Note: You do not need a Pay Pal account to use this method, credit cards are accepted.

Bank Transfer:
If you choose this method, details will be emailed to you regarding where to transfer the money.

Domain Name (eg. www.yourbusinessname.com)

You get to have the domain name of your choice (depending on availability). Let us know your preference and we will do the rest.
If you already have a domain name, we can transfer it to your new site.

Email Address

Domain Hosting

At present we are offering 3 months hosting free of charge. After this period we will offer website hosting for $10 a month or ($99 per year) that includes a listing on our therapist directory. Our hosting services are very reliable, with an uptime of 99.9%

If you would prefer to host your site elsewhere, we supply you with the files and folders containing your web site and you upload them to your preferred host.

Can I edit my website?

Upon request, you can receive FTP access to your site hosting, which means that you can edit and upload to your website. You would need at least basic html skills to use this option.

Alternatively our team is available for editing work on your website for a fee of $25 per hour.

Important note regarding editing of website. Healing Art Web Design Company produces websites for health care professionals, and if we deem any material or service offered on your web site to be inappropriate or offensive, we reserve the right to remove any such content.

Can I order extra features on my website?

Yes you can. After you submit the order form a Web site Content Form will be sent to you. On this form you will have the option to choose additional features for an added fee. This will give you an opportunity to consider what options you would like to integrate into your website. Payment for these features will be requested on a separate invoice before your site is uploaded onto the internet.

Are fully custom designed web sites available?

Yes, we also offer a service of custom web design and programming.

This is a good choice for anyone who feels that our basic website package does not fulfill all their web needs. This might include flash animation, more pages, music and video on your site or other features. Our rates are competitive and we can design and program whatever you have in mind.
